How we do our work
Before accepting a job we review all your files and determine if we are qualified to do it.
After this first step we’ll give you a quote; the price will depend on the volume of words and the technical difficulty of the project.
We can work with tight deadlines; however, if high quality is your priority, we will need adequate time to complete the translation. Our goal is to be very honest with you and will try to match your deadline without sacrificing the quality of our work.
Depending on the language pair, the work is assigned to one of our translators. When the translation is completed, we carefully review it against the source text and correct any mistranslations, typographical errors or omissions.
After this first editing process, your translation is reviewed again for style and cultural appropriateness.
Your text will look as if it was originally written in Italian, French or Spanish, not a text translated from English.
If we are translating for a new website, we first translate your files, after which we will need a test site. This will allow us perform a final test and check to see if everything is in the right place; and if necessary, we will make more editing changes. Your website will then be ready to go online and convey the exact same message it conveys in its English version.

When you give us a project for the first time, we will read it carefully and ask you questions concerning the work. This is often an essential process in order to obtain the best results. With your input, we carefully compile a glossary of words and technical terms specific to your field of work. This glossary will then be reviewed by you, the client.
All the subsequent versions of the project will use the same terminology, style and cultural appropriateness.
Our translators are trained to use translation software that will ensure the consistency of your projects for years to come. Even if a subsequent project is submitted five years later, we will be able to access your database and easily translate the work. This results in a cost savings for you.
